The driver(s) are amazing. We are on a short dead end street, occasionally my neighbors or myself forget to drag the cans to the main road and the drivers always get them anyway. The person who answers the office phone has always been pleasant as well, if they don't know an answer, they find it.

Sanipac is the best. Drivers are careful and drive slowly on our very narrow and curved street. Unfortunately, a few of our neighbors use “the other guys”. And “the other guys” drive way too fast, their trucks are really loud, and I feel unsafe walking on the street (no sidewalks) when they are thundering up and down our road. Keep up the good work, Sanipac!

I am thankful that Sanipac has always responded quickly to emails. As I'm not able to make phone calls during my work day, this has been a life saver. Sanipac is one of the most convenient services I use. Online bill pay is also quick and convenient. Thank you Sanipac!

We love Sanipac! Our driver is always cautious and timely. Knowing that we will have pickup on our days and it comes illustrates consistent great service. The app and notifications so we can always remember which week it is is key! Wish we could add notifications when bills were ready. Great work!

Depends on the type of plastic item. Go to the sanipac Web site and click on the waste wizzard and type in the item name. It will tell you if that plastic item should be putin the recycle bin or the trash bin.
U bet
Take them to the dump there is a section in the recycle area for both batteries and light bulbs.
yard debris
Hello, yes we are still picking up glass. I noticed on your account we have the glass driver coming over on 1/2/21. Sorry for this inconvenience.
Not on site but if you have their service they can do a bulk pickup.
Sanipac services most of Lane County. The rates and what is offered varies depending on the contract/pricing that is regulated by each city. If you call them, they can send you a rate sheet for your area. Also, Sanipac does not "trash" their commingle as another poster claimed.
Yes.
There should be a number on the tank of a recycling place that gives you a deposit or at the least dispose of them
Why would you want to know
Eugene and Springfield police department both have containers for them.
Is u live south side of main today north side Wednesday I believe
Springfield Justice center has a med drop off in their lobby.
As long as it doesn't have gas or oil in it you can take it to the metal recycle bin at the dump! And if it does have gas or oil in it just empty it out before taking it.
I myself do not work for sanipac, I am outsourced so do not know the answer. However everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and friendly so I'm sure you coups can their office and find out
Probably not
Call them I believe it 7$
Unfortunately, they are not recyclable curbside anymore.
Hi Lee Ann, thanks for the question. The plastics that can go in the recycling are milk jugs and drinking bottles (soda, juice, water, sports drinks etc.) Thanks and please call our office at 541-736-3600 if you’d like to discuss further or would like us to email you a recycle guidelines sheet. You can also download the Sanipac app on your smart phone and have access to the Waste Wizard, which tells you where a variety of items are recyclable in Lane County. The app can be found by going to www.sanipac.com. Have a great day and thanks for caring about recycling!
Yes
Sanipac has nothing to do with your question, but yes the dump is open
Depending on your location. I believe Eugene offers it free. However Springfield has a charge
You could take those to a metal recycler and try and get a few $$ out of them, or donate them to Bring or take them to the dump!
Recycle
I would say no. Most paper mills use a magnet to remove metals during the process
Just call in and schedule a can pick-up.
If it's decent quality, you could always donate it to Bring Recycling
I would suggest calling and trying for customer service instead of billing. Phone trees can be ackward. Also, did you call during regular business hours?
I would start with alerting sanipac. Someone may have reported it stolen.
No styrofoam is not recyclable.
Yes
Call the office and they will give you a price for that service .
You qlso can go to sanipac.com punch in ur address should have all the info u need
I just got a call saying due to the snow they will be picking up next week on our regular day ( Wednesday) and to put extra trash in a bag next to the can and they will pick up a weeks worth of extra trash at no charge.
It will depend on road conditions but will be decided in the morning. If we are running it will be a late start around 8 am.
With the road conditions, residential routes will not be running today. Most likely they will try to catch up thru the week so keeping your can out is best. They have a FB page where they will try to keep us updated.
January 26th and its $10 a tree pre pay
Call the main phone number and explained your situation
Yes you can.
It depends on the area you live in. Yard debris will come the opposite week that recycling does.
Yes what street u live on
Cause were a day behind cause of the holiday
Call and ask her collection during the same week it should be collected don't wait till the next week they'll come back
Try an ad on Craigslist. Someone else may be moving and could use the boxes.
YES we are
Why is sanipac allowed in creswell? And have domain over springfield. No other garbage company is allowed in springfield, Contracts or not it is an unfair monopoly. Justify your greed sanipac!!!!
