I order a bin and prepaid for almost $500. Then I needed to have it empty and returned. I called and spoke to Andrea and she said it would be around $180 each time they empty and return the bin plus anything over 3 tons will be extra. I ended up having them pick up 3 bins. Well, I just got the bills and they way overcharged. Instead of around $180 per bin, it came out to almost $500. Lady named Andrea was rude and very unprofessional. She just said if I didn't pay the bill in 3 months, you're going into collection. It was her that was not clear in the pricing to begin with. Will never use them again!

Called in on Monday to have my moms trash bins moved from her previous address to her new home. The lady on the phone said they would try to have them at the new place that day if not on Tuesday for sure. Tuesday came and no bins I called again and they said they would have the bins on Wednesday. It’s Thursday and my mom still doesn’t have her trash bins at her new place. Not sure what’s going on…..
