Parking is an absolute disaster for guests. Gated community with a guest entrance. You need a code from a resident that will call them and they can let you in. Once in, there’s basically no visitor parking but PLENTY of parking for residents. I was watching my friends cat, he buzzed me in from vacation and I couldn’t find visitor parking. Parked in a completely vacant row and not 40 minutes later my car was towed. No ticket or warning. $300 to get my car back to basically no fault of my own. Absolutely disgusting by management to not provide nearly enough visitor parking and screw people over that have no other choice

The residents and location are fantastic here. However the management company clearly doesn't care about it's residents at all. The way they have raised rent over the last year could be considered borderline price gouging, anything that gets broken takes weeks to get fixed. If you have any sort of issue with your apartment, good luck getting it resolved in a timely manner. All of the amenities they charge you for are great when you can actually use them. Every summer the pools open later and later even though you're charged a "community fee". I know several people who have moved out and been hit with insane costs, like thousands of dollars, and fees just because they didn't give a full 60 days written notice to the office. I've also seen them let a residents rent payment auto draft expire, give them no warning about it and charge them late fees.

Let me first say that I was blown away by the website of the facility. I called to get additional information and Allie ROCKS!! She was very informative and she made me feel like I was already a resident!

I’ve lived at Post Parkside at Wade for well over a year. It is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Mary and Charee, two of the many amazing staff members that work the complex, are outstandingly accommodating. The amenities are always clean and ready to be used. I always enjoy putting charcoal on the grills outside of my building, grilling off some meat while chatting with the neighbors. I have never had an issue with parking for myself or any of my guests who park in the street. The other people who live here are amazing. I often have my neighbors next to me, below me, come over to watch sporting events. If given a choice about Post Parkside or another apartment in the area, choose Post Parkside. You won’t regret the decision.
