Pulled up to the drive thru window and no one was there drove around to the pick up window nobody was there, the store was open had no idea where the workers were, maybe they were hiding or just maybe they didn't want to take my order, so 2 stars for having invisible workers dunkin donuts

This is not the place to go when your 30 weeks pregnant and wanting doughnuts. Thursday February 24th, I stopped in at 6:27 am cause I knew they opened at 6:00 am. The lady sceen me as I turn in an the headlight went across the window. I then sat in the drive through, til I eventually just left. She could of went on the mic an told me any excuse in the world, beside ignore me an let me sit there. Specially when I know for a fact see seen me.

This is the best Dunkin in Raleigh. They have really good hash browns, Munchkins and lattes. The staff is so friendly, fast and helpful and they are always accurate with my order.

Ordered a hot drink. They waited until AFTER they had charged my card and I had waited 12 minutes in line to tell me "the machine is being cleaned we can only do iced" why didn't you tell me that when I ordered or before you took my card?? Edit to add: and they added espresso so on top of not being hot it tastes like trash
