It's always insanely busy here but understaffed. Online orders can take up to 30 minutes or more. It's a bit ridiculous, considering the volume of the store to have so few staff. I work in the mall and sometimes am only on a 15 minute break so I order far ahead of time for that reason. Not to mention my drink is often made incorrectly (iced when supposed to be hot and vice versa) and instructions are ignored. I genuinely just think they need more help there. Or better management.

My first time in a king time eating at Starbucks. When I'm my way to clock in for work I dropped in for breakfast. The cashier is ringing ppl out line is fast , but once I get up there it's a completely different attitude. I asked for something without bacon saints cashier responded ina very negative tone and continued to snap and lecture me on food items and drinks. I hadn't been in the line only 3 minutes.

This the worst place for buy a coffee! I was busy today also I saw lot employees working too… I was order skinny vanilla latte wit almond milk small size! And I saw the made first the drinks to the people the order after me. I told one the employees and, she’s told me we have lot orders we tray do fast we can. But I told her way do you made the order the people it was behind me? She’s I’m sorry we tray best we can! I was sitting I’m keep seeing how people still order coffee and the have they drinks before me ! I was very upset I ask for my money back and they told me one employee I will do that now for you! I told her I do t want nothing any more have me my money back! This isn’t business it’s a mass it’s no control on nothing. I will open my coffee shop business soon this Starbucks teach me something. I will be much better customer service!!!
