I went in the morning, around 8a and it was very busy. Every employee seemed to be working but it still took a while to get my wrap. Just prepare for the extra time and know the wrap is smaller than a dollar bill.

Went to get a Simple iced coffee with milk and was given it with cream and I walked back in to ask for one with MILK and the African American in the front with the braids and the attitude was cursing to her coworkers and saying that she made it with milk and was being very rude. Will NEVER come back to this location.

I had to show up at the crack of dawn to get a whooole bunch of donuts for my office. I called the night before to let the staff know. when I got there (ungodly early,) my donuts were ready to roll, my coffee was brewing (perfectly timed...it went into my 2 boxes o' Joe fresh fresh FRESH) and the people behind the counter were friendly and attentive and pleasant, even though there was a line of very hungry-looking people forming behind me. Food wise, a Dunkin is pretty much a Dunkin, but this particular location gets 5 stars for customer service.

Hands down the best experience I've had in a while! I walked in, had no idea what I wanted, and I asked the cashier Teresa what she thought I should drink today. She made the most wonderful coffee I've ever tasted! Not to mention how friendly both of the workers were! I think the other was Mckayla. Wonderful staff here!
