Excellent work! Yes you have to wait for the family, child or couple in front of you but this is to be expected people! You are at a portrait studio in a DEPARTMENT STORE…if you didn’t feel like waiting you could have booked a solo photographer!!! But you didn’t do that did you? No because the price is RIGHT! I came in for my 10:30 appointment and had to wait about 15 minutes for the previous appointment just because they had a small child who was not listening (of course). Their online booking will schedule appointments in 15 minute blocks which unfortunately, is very hard to do during busy season I’m sure! I came in knowing that I may to have to wait on a family member or small child and I was fine with that because I literally spent a fraction of the cost of a private session with a photographer for business headshots! I’m amazed. I’m getting all of the digital prints for $76?! Hayley was so sweet and willing to go the extra mile, I had spoke with her a few times before arriving. Her manager (the photographer) was super helpful with poses too, even though they had family after family waiting for Christmas pictures…she still took her time with me and I really appreciate that. THAT level of customer service is why it may be a bit of wait even if you show up on time for your appointment people! If you don’t wanna wait then go ahead and spend big bucks to book a private session with a photographer. Otherwise don’t complain and let these ladies do their jobs!

The photographer there is the best she took wonder pictures of my newborn. She even got her to smile in some she had the most up beat attitude and was so polite.

We had our little ones first birthday photos taken with the new manager Ashley! She was absolutely wonderful and did great with our son, even though he wasn’t in the mood for photos as he hadn’t had a nap yet! She is wonderful with kids and her photos came out amazing! The poses and props she used made everything turn out perfectly. I will be using her for all of my future family photos!!

I had the best experience ever here! They have a new manager and she is wonderful! She was really able to get my son's personality in his portraits! They looked so great! I would highly recommend JCPenney portraits!
