We made reservations for a party (5) and it was still a long wait time even though not really busy. Staff was cordial and we had to pull them into conversation and get the waitress to be a little friendlier. Food was ok but for the price definitely not worth and service is better at restaurants for same price point!

New Server Austin, has excellent customer/ People skills. Very polite and easy to talk to. Austin presented himself as a knowledgeable professional. We were surprised tl hear he is new. Great experience. ENJOYED Service and Meal. 😌

We felt very safe and tables were distanced using every other one
You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
There lobsters are in a tank when you walk in if you are buying the whole lobster you can pick from the tank.
