Staff is very rude and disrespectful can’t make an order right and don’t listen to the customer when taking an order when we clearly stated what we wanted and needed they also didn’t put much lettuce on my whopper with cheese and bacon shake machine is down every time we come through to order something it’s been down for 2 years and the lady behind the guy who took the order snapped at my fiancé bc he was talking to me

I dont know who the girl was taking orders tonight around 8:15 ( june 2) but girl was real rude , you dont talk to nobody mama like that cause she sure wouldnt liking me talking to hers like that. Idc if you hate yo job you asked to work there not US

3rd time in a row I’ve got my order wrong. I don’t eat red meat. I always order impossible whopper and 8 jalapeños bites. I manage a fast food restaurant so I understand the under staff situation. But the wait is always long and the order is wrong. The cashier didn’t even know my order when I pulled up to the window I had to repeat my order twice and still got it wrong. I got a cheese burger and small order of fries and small order of jalapeños bites. Cashier looked in my bag and made sure so I thought they must’ve gotten right this time but nope. Management needs to take action for lazy employees who don’t care about the business or customers.

Came up here for lunch and it was pretty busy but no complaints. My food was hot, no attitudes at the window and friendly service during the rush! Ms. Kyesha at the window was very friendly and sweet. 5 stars!!
