If this was an isolated incident, i probably wouldn't worry too much about it. Did they apologize for the slow service? Offer any sort of explanation? Any number of things could have contributed to an order being delayed. If service here was consistently slow or happened repeatedly, I would certainly bring it to the attention of the management. This could indicate that some additional training may be needed in certain areas. Also, as someone mentioned, this location has just recently reopened and it will take an adjustment period for things to run smoothly.
This Burger King has just reopened after a very long time for a remodel. It is now a state of the art building. Mrs. Del who is the manager has a brand new staff. Go by and let her know that you had slow service. They are working very hard to make sure that our Burlington Burger King runs right at all times. Burlington Burger King working hard to build a bigger better burger for the people of Burlington. Yes address this issue with management on staff. And they will be able to work on correcting the problem of time issues to ensure better customer service for next time.
