You can't now . People's Fair is happening until Monday night . Tuesday morning , from Broadway & Colfax heading W. , turn on Acoma in the lane closest to McNichols , then turn into driveway behind building . Look to your right ( 40 + yrds in ) for the door marked ' Deliveries ' . Wait a few and security will run out to see what's up .
This is not really a concert venue, although they are equipped to set up a stage on the second floor. The following are banquet rounds/reception capacities: First Floor 60/150, Courtyard 70/200, Second Floor 400/900, Third Floor 500/1,000.
