Great variety, but getting 4 bolts of fabric cut took half an hour and I was the only one there. Some of the fabric was put away in the wrong place and they wouldn't honor the labeled price

They do carry simplicity patterns. Please call the store and ask to speak to the cut counter and the team member there can look for those patterns for you.
No. They don't buy crafts
It's craft season. I'm sure they're helping customers in line/in the store. I know I have called to check hours before and have received a person on the other line, but it sounds like I got lucky.
I don't think they do. I know they do coupons online, on the app and thru the mail
