Do not get fooled by this company! I recently bought a house. There was 1 room in my house that had very old windows, and they had a very dated framing and trim that was visible from the out and inside of the home. I wanted to replace them. The sales associate did not explain properly that they were just replacing them with a vinyl insert and not replacing the full Frame. This means they put a new window inside the existing window. That also shrinks the window size by about 4 in (2 in each side). Why on earth would I want 1 room in my house to look completely different then the rest especially if I'm spending 10 of thousands of dollars remolding my home. Now I am left with an extremely expensive mistake on my home.I am extremely disappointed in what I paid a lot of money for. I should have done more research on this company and the reviews they have received in the past. I will NEVER use this company in the future and hope that this review gives warning to others in the future.

Stay so so so far away from this company! You can find similar windows elsewhere and use an independent installer and not spend $25,000. I signed my contract 4/1/21 and my June install finally happened 11/19/21. Not a single communication was answered as to why there was such a long delay. The project team also had the installer (who was amazing!) install the wrong trim on 13 windows and a sliding glass door instead of just calling me. This company held up my remodel for months and the job wasn't corrected and finished until 3/22. I let them know in May 22 the screen had come out of the sliding glass door and after months of contacting corporate I finally got a call back 10/21/22... they can come to fix it in February 23! I live less than 10 mins from their warehouse and office. Alexis, the customer support person REFUSED to give me any name or contact info for anyone above her that could expedite this repair. I also noticed that after our first cold snap that I had condensation in at least one of the less than a year old windows.Worst company next to Empire Carpet Exchange... who the Champion sales guy referred me to for carpet and I'm sure collected a referral fee.
