This park does not keep up on the park maintenance like it used to be it’s trashed now compared to how it was two years ago or so now and doesn’t do anything about dogs who run around loose or bark non stop and are just a nuisance

KitKat is missing. He’s an orange and white cat we live in unit 49. We moved here at the beginning of the month of November. KitKat is not fixed and we miss him so much.please help

The management is not easy to work with. They are slow to respond to tenants needs. They keep increasing the rent, with less services to show for it. The club house is dated and the playground could use new equipment. The speed bumps are hard on your car suspension. There are no newsletters to inform you of updates. Recently there was a fire. Security was called w/o a response or answer. Part of the park is in a floodway, and the park failed to disclose that prior to the sale of our manufactured home. The park fails to spray any of the trees. Most of them are diseased, and a risk to safety.

Quiet, clean, will be gated court soon, with key card access. Friendly staff, and neighbors. Close to shopping, and public transit. Excellent schools, all grades. Pet s welcome. Only complaint, spaces ar not all visibly numbeted, however, the map at the main entrance was a big help.
