The hotel is very close to the airport, is clean and well maintained, with spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times now before leaving this review. But what I love the most about the hotel is the staff. Letitia and Linda provided funny, welcoming, and caring support during our stay. Each time I return to Charlotte I'll stay here.

Decent rooms. I would have gave more stars but we were promised to move to a double room after taking the room with a pull out bed that situation never occurred. We went to several other hotels and ended up back at this one where we finally got one. Organization and communication are lacking. Breakfast was terrible. What made the trip for me and saved the hotel was the thoroughness of the housekeeper s.

There’s nothing not to love about this place. The manager Phillip is what sets this hotel apart from others. He goes above, and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home, when they step foot into this hotel. The front desk clerk Latesha is by far the BEST! She’s friendly, and will make sure your stay is comfortable, and peaceful. She deserves a raise. The shuttle driver Mr. Leroy has to be the best shuttle driver in America. Trust me, you can relax on the ride from the airport to the hotel. The lady that sets up breakfast in the morning goes above, and beyond. She works hard. Makes sure everything is clean, and ready for breakfast. Give the whole team a raise because this hotel should be recommended to everyone. The rooms are a 5 star. I felt at home staying here, and you will too.

Nice hotel - fast check in, prompt service, spacious rooms and reasonable prices. Would definitely stay again. Would note that the shuttle pick up was a bit confusing the the driver flew past us, making the wait time long. But otherwise great!
