Almost ready to give up on Old Navy, after having been a loyal and satisfied customer for many years. Hard to find anything nice that's not a size 00 or 4x. What about everyone else?

Huge selection of everything. The customer service was exceptional! We went on a busy day. Which was not an issue whatsoever because the staff was right there to greet you and help you out to find sizes as well as items You were searching for.

I'm not an Old Navy fan but the times I have been here, it looks so dirty & cluttered that I walk out in disgust. Then I read the Penn Live story about racial profile and lawsuit today and it's even more disgusting and disturbing that your staff did this over a $6 onesie that the young African American women did not even take & you have left them TRAUMATIZED. This nation is really REGRESSING, thanks to people like your employees!
