I started visiting this store many years ago and it was good. A few years back the quality and service has been getting worse. Recently, the service has been unacceptable in every way. The worst of it all is how rude they were to my wife after messing up our whole order and not giving a refund for an order we didn't even get.

The employees here are the most rude I've ever met. They gave my order to someone else without verification and refused a refund. Malik gave my order away, I spoke to someone who claimed she was the manager named Wanda. Wanda said she wasn't responsible because the employee was the one that gave my order away. I called the store, the person I spoke with wouldn't give me her name and hung up on me. I'll never visit this store again. And if I can help it, no one i know will come here again either.

Would have been nice to have a sliced pizza........3 stars because pizza was hot and the staff held open the door for me. This location struggled before covid, but it's mostly kids working so don't expect 5 star experience.

Ordered a Pepperoni thin. It was cooked perfectly and was ready FAST. First time and WILL not be our last. Hot, fresh and cheesy. Impressed. Hope to always encounter a perfect order 😁. Thank you. Don't mind the look of it took the picture with it moving around in the car.
