Literally the worst Walgreens ever. Rather you go in the drive through or inside, you will be waiting 30 minutes minimum! On top of that wait time, the prescriptions are never ready! They need to hire people that know that know how to do their job, Sufficiently and accurately!

There are currently 5 cars behind me on each side. I can at 12:30pm and was told to come back at 3pm. I have been in this line for 30 minutes in 98 degree weather. Every time I come whether inside or outside in the drive-thru there is always a wait that is ridiculous. Several people got out of the line due to waiting so long.

If I can give a zero I would. I scheduled for my booster shot and flu shot at the same time at this location. When walking up I did notice the staff talking about the previous customer. After giving my information to the tech, I was instructed to wait for the Pharmacist to provide me my shot. She did have some questions about my Covid card, while explaining I noticed that she never looked up at me. It was very strange. We went inside the exam room where she prepared for the shot and asked me additional questions. Again, noticing that she was talking to me with her back ttrned and not acknowledging me when I did try to make small talk to loosen the tension in the room. I decided to just be quiet and get through my shots and leave. But I notice that she only had one needle so I simply stated that “I also schedule my flu here as well”. The Pharmacist stated “Ok, you have to do some more paperwork is that fine” I said yes. We leave the room and I go sit in the designated area. Where I can constantly here her say “She” and not using my name. What made me get up and leave was when the Pharmacist stated “Yea, she now decides she wants a flu shot”. I got up and told her first I have a name. Two, I didn’t just decide I had a appointment. The pharmacist then walks down the aisle while I’m talking to show a tech something completely not acknowledging my concerns. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. I didn’t feel comfortable getting my shot from that location anymore. Which is sad because that puts me out of place with the Walgreens been 3 min away from my dorm.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and they probably could care less about their reviews. If you have a prescription sent in be prepared for it not to be filled they won’t touch it until you are at the register after waiting 2 hours to get there and then have to wait another 30 minutes for them to fill it. Forget about the drive through it’s worse. Customer service is garbage and don’t bother speaking to a manager they don’t care. Do not go to this Walgreens big mistake going here was new to the area.
