CVS on Conlan Circle in CLT used to be the comfort spot. If you were sick or your kids were sick it was the trusted spot to be greeted genuinely by Barb and Amy and assisted by the sweet lady, with the accent, that calls everyone, “my friend”. I have been going to this store for over 10 years. A few weeks ago that trusted experience changed. Kevin, who works in the pharmacy and Lina who is a floating pharmacist, are an incompetent pair. Kevin complained about the corporate office changing employees hours and leaving only two individuals to work the pharmacy and he also complained about the CVS customers that he encountered all day. Kevin is unapologetically rude and has the capacity and customer service of a toddler. Lina seemed so miserable and clueless. Without fear of consequence, she became very confrontational. She at one time left the counter, where she had a customer, to walk up to me while raising her voice. She literally left the customer to confront me. My rx notifications had been telling me for over a week that my meds were ready and even though I called prior to coming into the store, spoke to them both, and drove to the store from another state, somehow I still left without my prescriptions. Kevin literally took my insurance card and slid it to an unreachable area so that I would have to reach around the plexiglass protection to get my card. When I asked if he would slide my card to me, he literally told me to reach around and get it myself. In order to get my card, I had to because he walked away. As he walked away, I asked him to give me his name and he said, “ you can just go have a seat.” He refused to give me his name. I had to ask for it because he did not have on a name tag. I reached out to CVS and approximately three business days and a weekend later, after explaining all of this, Nicholas, a district manager, called me. I explained that it was a bad time as I was at work, but I asked if I could call him back, he said yes. I called the same day and left him a message, and to date, a week later, he has never even bothered to call back. I left a message for the actual store manager to reach out to me and he never did. If people’s dignity, health and well being are in the hands of Lina and Kevin, we should all worry. Kevin intentionally delayed care and refused to provide confidentiality, excellent customer service and a smooth transition for people who need their medication. This store needs help.

I came in for a purchase. Was not my first time at the store. It is a convenient location for me. The Cashier Brittany with nothing to do stands behind the register greeting people walking in. She says nothing to me and my daughter walking …

Used the CVS website to schedule a COVID vaccination for our daughter. We show up with a confirmation code only to be rudely told by an employee "I don't see you in the system". She didn't ask for a confirmation code then goes on to tell …

One of the most reliable pharmacy / retails stores. I know that this will not be cheapest place but the most of the staff (pharmacy and cashiers) are the best. Yes, there are few rotten ones but I avoid them and come out feeling …
