So this Whole Foods is our go-to grocery...everyone is the best and very caring. But the butcher (meat department) is probably the best in Charlotte. They probably have the biggest Department I have ever seen and can get you any cut and most types of meat and different levels of cleanness (grass fed, conventional, organic, etc). Go see Fish or DelGado or the manager Dan....Mention that you saw my review....

I've always loved Whole Foods but I think now I love the concept more than the actual store. Lots of great specialty items, gluten free, etc. BUT you want the best produce? Harris Teeter hands down. After HT, hit a local farmer's market. All WF produce comes from Mexico and California. Not fresh, not local and usually not good.

Great location - but have slowly increased their prices beyond reason! I swear every time I go in they’ve increased. I also saw they’ve been using harmful oils in their hot food bars! Unable to shop here as often unfortunately.

Freshest meat around. Wish they carried more lactose-free products, though. Great place to grab flowers when having dinner at a friends house. Beautiful produce section.
