Shamar and Melvin was super amazing. Very courteous and careful while delivering our furniture. We would certainly use them again. Now our second delivery 3/24 from two other young men was great except our furniture won't connect. It's not put together correct. One side of the recliner hooks fine but the other side has two male connectors so they don't hook together. Can someone please call us and come back to correct it. It's as if we have the wrong piece on one side. Right arm recliner.

I recommend you not to buy from value city furniture store, first very very bad customer service second your items will not deliver on time, on the first day when you pay they will give you tentative date and the they will keep postpone the delivery date, in my case for sure they extend 8 times which is more than 4 months. And also after they deliver they left their trash at the elevator.
