I have lived here since May 2020. The change in management was obviously needed, based on reviews posted here. I have had no problems with current management. Always helpful! I also appreciate that the maintenance team has always been on point! Thanks for everything!

I worked here and I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. They pinch pennies in the maintenance department and yet, this is the nicest property that Bella Properties owns in this area. Management doesn't listen to employees; toxic work environment. You can find better rent prices in town than here.

My husband and I currently live in the Summers Run townhomes and have been very pleased overall in the past year! Nice place to live, quiet & maintence is always on top of things. Other than a few minor hiccups with the residents portal- management always handles it, things have been great! I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to live in a Asheboro!

Awful. Management catered to one man who lived there with no child who seemed to hate kids. Even people at pool would talk about how mean he was and how they let him get away with it..
