The building is vacated for years as you can see I booked on a phone call with an agent and they didn't even no it was vacated. Bad business and I drive 2 hours to Asheboro,nc to take my child to the zoo and had to get another hotel of course and pay that hotel too. And now waiting for the full refund crazy

The shower was NOT cleaned. When the water was turned on, black hair started floating everywhere. Even found hair in the bed. The place needs some serious remodeling -- especially when they're charging the same price for rooms as the much better hotels around. And the bed felt like I was sleeping on a brick. It was so hard that I woke up with everything hurting.

Very friendly front desk service but my neighbors were loud for half the night. The bed was very comfy but the shower should have hand rails as it was very slippery and I fell. More attention to room cleanliness is needed.

Stayed here a few years ago immediately after it opened up from the remodel. The rates were goods, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and bug free. The area was quiet and safe. Its in a convenient location with several restaurants and stores within walking distance. In good conscience I can only rate this place based on my personal experience. Friends and family who stayed here more recently have sadly described their experiences as almost the exact opposite of mine. I doubt I will stay here again until reputable sources inform me that the Quality Inn has made serious improvements and changes.
