You should avoid the Asheboro apartments at all costs! We moved in as I took a professional job making a very good salary so we wanted a great apartment as well as community. Our upstairs neighbors are very noisy. I was willing to live with that as it happens in apartment life. However, they made enough noise after 10p that even ear plugs and a loud fan couldn't keep it from waking me and scaring my daughter. I filed and documented complaints to the apartment managers and even spent an hour in a personal meeting with Susan. I was assured they would take care of the situation. That was back in September of 2021 but it never stopped. I gave up and just lived with it. Then the neighbors, after getting warning letters from the manager, decided to file false police reports on us for noise. Last weekend they had the police called out 4 times. The next business day the apartment managers gave us notice that they would not be renewing our lease. I paid in full and on time every time and even used their credit reporting feature to prove that. They had every opportunity to take care of this and either wouldn't or were too incompetent to do so. Their resolution is to just make us move out and discriminate against me as a disabled vet and give preferential treatment to the neighbors. All despite our other neighbors going on record to say we're the quietest neighbors they've ever had. This is the childish, unprofessional, and incompetence you can expect from this apartment and their managers so be warned!

First time in an apartment. Great location, ready for the pool to open. Hope to have longer times at the pool. Feel safe here, trying to get use to the fact that you have people all around you. Would like better parking for residents.

I highly recommend this apartment complex. It is well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, the prices are great and they have an amazing pool, gym, and playground. Samantha the office manager is amazing. She’s always friendly helpful and fixes any issues you may have. Maintenance fixes any problems that may happen within 24 hours (in our experience less then an hour after putting in a request) the property is well maintained. If it wasn’t for my work being so far away I may have never moved out.

The office staff and the maintenance staff are great. The apartment is modern and super energy efficient. Our only complaint is that the sound proofing is very poor. We have really enjoyed living so close to everything Asheboro has to offer.
