Ive been living here for a whole year and things here could be better. Maintenance on these apartments are Terrible. Safety for kids under 5 is questionable. I lived here 25 years ago as a child with my parents and nothing has changed. Doors are old and fall off very easily. No pantry. No extra storage. No lights in rooms, you have to buy youre own lamps. The swing sets have had a broken swing for 6 months and nothing has been done. No place for dogs or children to play safely. You have to go off property. Rent has increased. Honestly if they put a play ground at the apartments the rent increasing would seem responsible but they probably have no future plans to ever do so

Ever since me and my fiancé have lived here, it has been a great experience! The hospitality and respect Taylor, Greg, and the maintenance team has to offer is unmatched! Repairs and maintenance are done promptly with kindness, and they keep the property well maintained! You also can’t beat the price for all what’s included in living in a good, calm apartment complex! I wish we didn’t have to move but Uncle Sam’s new job calls for me to relocate to the coast! Nevertheless, you can’t go wrong with living at Hanover Court under the care of Greg and Taylor!

Lived here for 10 months now and the WORST thing is I am woken up every week sometimes twice a week by a lawn mower/ weed eater and god only knows what other kind of loud add machine they can get going and 9 o'clock in the morning! Smh can't wait to MOVE!

1- Maintenance do not keep up with the apartment Buildings bug's everywhere spider webs all over you're door. 2- When Maintenance comes in fix things in you're apartment three days later it's broken again. 3- You're apartment will always have bugs in them all types. 4- Laundry room been broken since I moved here
