Nice but....MAKE SURE YOU READ CHECK OUT INFORMATION. The office staff will tell you one thing and then when you leave tell you another. VERIFY.VERIFY.VERIFY. I just think the staff needs to be on the same page so they can provide CORRECT information to the military members/tenants.

They will not give you packages when they actually have them in the mail room. They make you wait until business hours and do not care about the urgency of receiving your package. This has happened multiple times. Have had some unpleasant conversations with some of the employees as well. Very disrespectful.

Great Events. From yoga to breakfast and movie nights. Food and or drinks at the majority of events as well as raffles and prizes here and there. Gotta love the fact the private gyms are pretty good deal too since i hate crowded gyms. The smaller ones at the other two towers make up for the big one personally because it seems like ita always a perfect alternative when i cant do my thing at the main gym.

The pacific beacon is literally the best place I’ve ever lived. It has every amenity I’ve needed such as a clean spacious gym, friendly staff, clean rooms and the events are amazing. I recommended anyone to live here 10 out of 10 stars!

Technically, she shouldn't live there. If I were u, I would report it to the front desk with your friend. That's my opinion.
Absolutely! We have a designated mail room for all of our incoming bulk mail and someone to acept it. Please verify your sons mailing address prior to sending so your package is sure to get to him! Thank you and enjoy your day :)
You can try call the pacific beacon to talk to a representative to see whether they got your request to live there
Hi Desiree, Thank you for reaching out with a question about our community. In most cases, an E3 would first move into Palmer Hall which is part of our campus and has access to all of our Pacific Beacon amenties. Once at Palmer Hall, you are able to attach to our wait list to move over to Pacific Beacon, once you reach E4. That said, there have been rare occurances based on occupancy where Pacific Beacon will transfer those residents from Palmer Hall that are closest to E4. I hope this was helpful to you, Enjoy your day,
