Didn’t realize this was a religious based facility. Closed on Saturday before Easter for observance, earlier than what had been previously posted on signs. Last I heard, he was dead on Saturday & didn’t raise from the dead til Sunday. Closed on Sunday, pretty sure people want to still work out on sundays. All other gyms were open in the area. Very disappointing as they claim to be always open. Side note, Slayter has been very helpful and knowledgeable whenever I have questions or concerns.

The facility is pretty good sized. The only thing that could use a bit more attention is the tanning rooms. They were not wiped down as often as the other equipment but when I did say something to one of the young gentleman he quickly ran back grabbed a towel and solution came straight back to apologize and asked Herold please clean it for me before I used it. I'm genuinely impressed by his quick thinking and professionalism. I wish I had caught his name because he deserves recognition for sure!

Hi Camorree! We might not have squat racks, but we do have smith machines and plenty of dumbbells! We try to accommodate to everyone's needs, but we also know our clubs might not be for everyone. And that's perfectly fine! We wish you well on your fitness journey!

How can we cancel the membership if the gym is closed? I called corporate and they said to visit the gym where I signed up. Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Why is it that when new computer system gets implanted or staff members are not familiar with operations ways. Customer has to be refused service (tanning beds) . It happened to me twice this month. Once in Carson CA. And also Santa Fe springs CA.

Unfortunately due to upper management/ownership. The lack of training happens and it trickle's down to the guest. If the policy was to have a manager on at all times, you would see a lower number of customer complaints and a higher likelihood of guest satisfaction.

Why would you guys charge $20 for my son who is visiting to come in there one time for an hour to work out? It just cost you to customers. That is ridiculous. Oh I forgot you have to be a black member VIP to even have a guest come in one time!

Kimberly Stotmore | Aug 20, 2018
Joshua Knapp | Aug 20, 2018

You pay 10/month for you. They are very clear about what is included with the plans as they want you to upgrade. If you are this dismissive online, I can only imagine how you treated the poor employees. You are not the type of person I'd want to workout next to anyway. Do you go to buffets, pay for your meal then let your son in the backdoor stating he will only be there for a minute and they have plenty of food anyway?
