My daughter and I cruised into this location this evening, the gentleman that was working at the time had stellar customer service. The poor dude was alone, slammed and the ac was broken, so it was really hot in the store. NOT once did he loose his cool.

The employees were to occupied with there conversation that when I asked a question one of the guys rolled his eyes before attending me. I know rules are rules but I was one past my return of purchase and they weren’t willing to refund me but they were glad to buy it back at close to 10% of what it cost me. I work retail and I find satisfaction in helping customers above and beyond. Clearly GameStop does not feel the same.

A gamestop worth visiting! Every visit feels like I'm walking into a mom and pop game store with how friendly and enthusiastic the employees are about what they sell. Chatting about games and other related media is easy when your both fans!

Not even a star they deserve! Their employee Justin is very disrespectful and has no people skills what so ever. Well gamestop really messed up this time. I wanted a 5 dollar bill change into ones. His response was just awful. And the attitude omg! Got me pumped up.
