They stopped serving grilled chicken. The only chicken my daughter and I eat. The other chicken is too greasy. Very disappointing:(

Food was fresh. I ordered extra crispy breast chicken. Not quite crispy enough but good. Customer service was good

I had just ordered $42 worth of food there my chicken look like it was halfway eating my fries was not even cooked all the way the mashed potatoes was cold I was very disappointed I'm a regular customer there and I never had this problem before somebody can contact me and let me know something if there are low of staff or they are just having a bad day what's up people

I understand that they are short-handed and that's why the dining room isn't open but they have the door's unlocked for online orders so they should have a sign on the door saying that the Lobby is closed. That said they were very, very nice and the coleslaw I got is the best coleslaw that I've had from KFC and I don't even know how long!
