Decent food for the price. I'm a huge fan of the hush puppies. This particular store could use some employees with a tad bit more customer service experience rather than being rude and trying to rush you out the drive thru while you're attempting to inform them the order they gave you was not right at all. But other than that it's a nice cheap place to grab a quick meal

The line is long but worth the wait! Classic style burgers come hand seasoned and pressed with fries that come piping hot with a perfect amount of salt and crispiness. Rich and high quality shakes sweeten the deal, and some special requests can be honored. My order was unfortunately made incorrectly so I plan to speak more clearly to my server and check my burger before I leave next time but the flavor made the lack of cheese almost unnoticeable. Still worthy of 5 stars. "Cook-Out" is the place you can come relax for some comfort food and the spot to bring your friends to show off what a food connoisseur you are. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I won't include the bizarre difficulty in actually placing my order, but I arrived when there was very little traffic. I received a small but sufficient chicken sandwich, my sides being a mere three overcooked chicken nuggets, a dry chicken tender in an un-heated flour tortilla, no sauce despite being asked my sauce preference, and a cup so packed with ice, they could only fit two sips of soda in it. Even upon being handed my order, the bag was so light I debated whether I was supposed to wait for the rest of my order.

I've been coming to this cookout for years and one thing that I've always enjoyed was that it was cheap and never had messed up orders. That has changed in the last year. 2 out of 5 of my orders get messed up lately and that's just annoying. Guess I need to ask them to repeat my order back after I make my order to ensure that it's correct. Since I can see the ticket, it's never the cooks fault that the order is messed up. Tonight just took it to the extreme when all of my drinks had more ice than drink.
