Very friendly and accommodating to my last minute flat tire. Doc was able to get me in within minutes to fix my flat tire. It didn't take but 20 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you your help, I will definitely be back in the future!!!

After noticing a large gash in my tire leaving work, I took my car straight to Mavis knowing this store was the only one in the area that stays open until 6:00. Knowing it would be a long shot, I arrived to find out their hands were tied due to an unexpected shortage in staff that day. But after explaining that I was in a bind with a long commute and a non-drivable tire, the staff made an adjustment on the fly in order to accommodate for the unique circumstance to ensure the safety of the vehicle before it left the lot. Not only did they change the tire, but they went above and beyond to change the other three, which were also due for replacement. Top of the line service and I am extremely grateful for the staff’s customer service.

Excellent customer service! Went in for an inspection on my car, also asked them to check the tire pressure in all the tires since I noticed one was slack. They not only checked it, they added air! Thank you so much for your help! Went to a competitor's business just right down the road first & never could find anyone to help me, after standing at the front desk for more than 5 minutes. That's when I decided to try Mavis, and I definitely don't regret it!!! I will be back!
