I do not plan on returning to NTB after this experience. I can no longer entrust this company with my car. I have been bringing my cars here since 2019 and this was my third visit with this particular car. Several things went wrong during this visit. My appointment was scheduled for 6 pm and they did not start working my car until 6:27. They said they were running a little bit behind, but they failed to communicate just how far they were running behind. I usually don’t mind waiting, but I wish the associate had communicated with me and provided me a time estimate of how long I could expect to wait. I had to find out via a notification that my phone had connected to my cars Bluetooth how far behind they were actually running. When checking in for my appointment I asked the associate about the oil they were putting in my car. I realized after my last visit that they have been putting high mileage oil in my car that is not considered high mileage (33,200 miles). The associate replied that it’s just a fancy name for synthetic blend oil and that what was put in the car last time so that’s what we’re putting in it this time. The associate didn’t give me much of an option of what oil I wanted before he started printing out the paper work. When they finally started working on my car, the same associate who checked me in comes into the lobby and tells me that the oil in my car can go for 5,000 miles and I haven’t quite hit that yet. Well of course I haven’t hit that yet because this same associate told me the first time I brought this particular car in that even though I’m putting better oil in my car I still need to change my oil every 3,000 miles! This is the third oil change I’ve gotten on this car through this location and I’ve checked my receipts and the same oil has been put In each time. I’m disappointed that I was misinformed by this associate and now I no longer feel I can trust this location to provide me with accurate information. As I’m checking out and getting my keys the mechanic is signing off on my car. This isn’t a big deal but he says that he forgot to torque my wheels. He had already pulled my car up to the door before remembering that he still needed to do it. I do not understand why my car was being signed off on when technically the work was not completed.

They were friendly and timely. Being that I had an appointment, the young man, without a problem, put his lunch break on a slight hold, ensuring his work was done right! I was a satisfied happy camper!

A little slow. But staff was friendly at least

Price Estimates for Different Types of Wheel Alignment. You can expect to pay around $50 for a regular car, but the price may go up to $120 or even $150 for a more complicated 4WD vehicle Shouldn't be too much for a 2 wheel alignment. You should call.
Lol router. You mean rotor. For my car they said around 350 for the front or rear so 700 for both. More if you need calipers
