I give Jeff, the Tech Svc Mgr 5 STARS for the way he handled the situation (below), his personality was fantastic, he was VERY VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. He understands timing better - very knowledgeable. If you go to this location, ask for Jeff. I only gave this location 3 stars. The mgr Jennifer does not have time management skills - she scheduled me for a 7:30 a.m. appt but the Tech Svc Mgr stated he had some "left over from the day before" and it would be approx 1 - 1.5 hrs before they could get to my auto. I was not happy w/Jennifer stating to me "Wed morn is wide open you can have any time you want". I chose 7:30 a.m. so I could get in and out within a reasonable time to get to work. She failed to tell me when I called her on Tues afternoon there would be left over work from Tues before they could serviced my car on Wed morn.

Was told my car inspection would take 20-25 minutes. After 25 minutes it had still not been even pulled into a bay. When I explained that my lunch break was almost over, and requested my keys back...I did not even get an apology from the manager. Instead she rushed into the garage to finally get someone to start the inspection. I had to walk outside and explain again that my break was almost over, and request my keys be given to me. HORRIBLE customer service!

Poor Service... Was told by the manager when we arrived it would be about 20-25 minutes. After 30 minutes my car had not been touched for a basic state inspection. Which would have been another 20-25 minutes. I will not be going back after the MANAGER lied straight to my face.
