Dominos is definitely my go-to for pizza. The employees are always super friendly which is a major plus. With the pizza, It’s usually hit or miss, as far as requests of things like extra cheese, extra sauce, pineapple etc..but always still mediocre to good nonetheless. Tonight Someone named “Melonie” made our pizzas, and lemme tell you. This person needs a PROMOTION. Like, give this sweet baby Angel a raise, because these were legit the BEST pizzas we’ve ever gotten from dominos. Everything was as requested, and neither of us had any complaints whatsoever. So, thank you Melonie for creating such a wonderful masterpiece of cheese tons of sauce and pineapples. I hope you are getting paid enough, and enjoy what you do, to stay at that dominos location to continue making the hungry masses in Shelby happy cause you certainly made my night.

Don't answer the phone most evenings. Placing orders at night despite supposedly being open until midnight or later will usually result in a order being canceled. There is safer places to spend your money for a late night dinner.

Extremly poor Customer Service! Your Manager needs to take a course on how to 1. Answer a phone 2. Talk to Customers that are paying her salary 3. Find new jobs. Excellent pizza, great delivery people! The rest of you are awful.
