Glad to have only been there one night. Terribly outdated room & way overpriced for the condition even though it was 2 rooms. Found cereal/candy on the floor under the curtains when we opened them, wallpaper was coming off the walls in several places throurboth rooms & the bathroom, hairdryer was just hanging on a robe/towel hook on the br wall, & signage in the bathroom for towel exchange info was broken exposing 2 holes in the wall. We wanted to stay outside Hershey & close to our next day’s adventure so that’s why we chose this property along with being a Best Western Rewards member (which wasn’t acknowledged).

First time staying in this hotel, before we arrived we spent the whole day at Hershey Park so we were exhausted. Upon looking at the reviews we gave it a chance to stay here for $210 a night thinking it was going to be worth every penny. Unfortunately, when entering our room we saw a dirty sock on the floor, a charger on the nightstand, and the bed quickly made. They gave us a second room which was cleaner but the bathroom light was not working properly.. at this time we we’re so tired we just showered and used the bathroom with the door open using the entrance light. This is just unacceptable.

Passing through PA. This hotel was solid stay. Good breakfast selection for price. Bed and room was comfy for one night stay. Would recommend. Staff was friendly.

Nice, clean, but needs maintenance. Great breakfast!! Bit disappointed in the lack of housekeeping. No one came to clean room and refresh towels during our stay
