My appointment was at 1:30. It is now 2:00. I have been sitting at the Genius Bar for 30 minutes… told that I was next in line… there are 6 employees standing in the corner and no help for me. This is the 2nd Apple Store of the day because the first didn’t have a replacement for my AirPod Pros that are 1 month old and do not work. Very disappointing.

My daughters Mac Pro had some issues. And let me tell you we walked into a supper busy store s d within minutes we were serviced. I was amazed at the great service. Thank you Apple care. You really do care ❤️👍🏼

Warning to ALL...stay away from this store. They are incompetent and crooked people. My daughter upgraded her phone and had her data compromized during the data transfer. During the data transfer from old to new phone, her email had been tampered with; redeeming a gift card to my daughter, worth $50 from her employer. Someone in that store should be prosecuted and put in jail. It's a federal offense. Contacted the manager and he was no help. One of their associates was very disrespectful as we entered the store. My daughter's mask was below her nose and he aggressively said, "Cover up your nose or we can take it outside!!" Not even courteously saying PLEASE, would you...like a true gentlemen who works for Apple. Spread the word...stay away from this store...GET A SAMSUNG!!!

I am very pleased with my experience here today, this is the third time I shop here and it was great, the only down side is the long lines outside but they do move fairly quick. You do have to make a reservation to shop around, but it is well worth it. While shopping I was not rushed nor pushed to purchase anything. I actually ended up buying more than what I intended to purchase because the service was so great. 1 leather case 1 silicon case 2 MagSafe wallets - I will update this review as I see fit

Tour appke ID has many reset options. Try resetting your password if that didn't work I believe Apple will reset it with a proper identification

Yes you can, they have a large amount of stock. I went in and spoke to an attendant, got an appt time that was for 30 minutes later. Once appt started everything was smooth, finished after 45 minutes, took longer because I had them assist me in setting up the phone

I don't understand how so many people that think they are more enlightened simply because they use Apple products can keep asking the same question. iCloud allows an appointment to be made if you log onto the website I believe under support, and there is a phone number right here on the listing that allows anyone to click on the link and thier phone will dial and connect them. Not to mention apples support number, the representative can easily set you up or direct you to the correct line to make an appointment. I keep trying to understand why apple calls it the genius bar when the techs only know how to run the diagnosis setup that apple makes available and are nearly incapable of actual trouble shooting or any sort of meaningful repairs short of replacing half the devices internals and overcharging the customer or forcing them to wait hours while the new device is restored.
I would call ahead and make an appointment. You could just show up and see if a tech could help you out . I expect you might have to wait which is why I would suggest making an appointment first!

No, they most likely cannot, since they are busy as fudge. Try to learn how to use the app, they don't give tutorials on certain apps. BUT, it doesn't hurt to call and ask, maybe they changed the policy since I've been there.
