Worst place for returns, not only must they be done at the home department ONLY (the furthest department from any door) they also do the online pickups and payments at the same place. Slowwwwwwwwww and loooog lines.

Feels like Sears when it was dying out, there’s no staff, no customer service people, no registers available, dressing rooms are not available either variety is starting to become limited. I feel so sad that these brick and mortar shops are going out of business with everything being done online😘 Could not Believe The amount of discounts I got. Should have purchased more items but the kids were tired

The woman at the jewelry counter just rubbed me the wrong way, she was very unhelpful, I thought the people that worked the jewelry counter would be more knowledgeable about their merchandise, boy was I wrong

poor penny's, i only say that because I am sad that big stores like Sears (now gone forever) have been struggling in the market place due to the internet. I love Penny's as it is a part of America and I always had great service at Penny's.

Ill be honest,you're better off going somewhere else other than JCP for watch repair. There are watch jewelers in the Bonita mall that would take delecate care of your watch to ensure it doesn't get scratched.
Yes they are good at it only had thing the company do t provide enough employees so when you waiting to pay you could be in line for over 25 minutes jc penny ceo seems not to care that's why I stop going there won't be exposed

You select item and put pick up in store. You enter the zip code and it tells you if it is in that store. Oh give you another address of some other store closer
I dont think so. I would do a google search. I read an article recently saying to use a professional at a piercing place. The employees at place like walmart have very little training.
I do not think so. I've never seen them have that system, like at Walmart.
