Ill be honest,you're better off going somewhere else other than JCP for watch repair. There are watch jewelers in the Bonita mall that would take delecate care of your watch to ensure it doesn't get scratched.
Actually i go to a grocery store called Vallarta in National City. The watch repair company rents a space inside the store. Excellent service, prompt and inexpensive
