A long time waiting and when was my turn to be helped, they helped someone who just walked in and didnt care. Never going back to this location again.

Reserved a truck for a one way drop off at another location on uhauls website. The day I picked up the truck we needed I was told I needed to return it to their location. With no other truck available and people scheduled to help with the move the next day I had to pay more and waste my time. Time to contact Utah consumer protection and file a complaint.

Really poor customer service. I am at the store with 20 more people in line and only one person to help. It is Saturday, don’t you guys have a plan for a busy day???

Manager gave my van to someone else and hung up the phone on me! I was running a little late to pick up and tried to call to confirm I would be late but no answer. When we arrived to pick up the manager Jessica Cook said she gave the van to someone else an hour earlier. They didn’t try to call or correspond in any way before giving the van to someone else. Also, she was extremely rude and aggressive. I’ve worked with many different uhaul’s for business for years and this is the absolute worst. Don’t do business here and consider another option when booking with Uhaul.
