They don’t call this place Friendly Honda for nothing! You are hit with it as soon as you walk through the doors. And not in an annoying crowded way. It’s genuine. I’ve been driving Hondas for 20 years. I recently moved, so this was a first dealing with Friendly Honda. But I had shopped around. I was in no rush to change. Besides offering me the best deal on my current car, they made the transaction very smooth. Bob my salesman, is old school. His advice was what he would do if he were sitting on other side of the desk. Not biased. I also work with the public and use the same guideline. Honesty is the best policy! Paul in finance was the same. I trusted him immediately. Him coming from a military family certainly helped there, but his 30 plus years in doing what he does, told me he was doing something right. He gave sound advice. Offered options & did not pressure me one way or another. Finally, because the car I had decided on buying, wasn’t yet built, this process took a couple of months. Bob kept in touch every few weeks, keeping me updated on the status of the car. A couple of people who I had met on my first visit, who’s names I have totally forgotten,( I had no dealings with them) came back up to me on the day I picked up the new car, to thank me for my business. That was telling. In this crazy world, friendly Honda are a breath of fresh air!

Because their "technicians" are improperly trained thieves. {"You probably speed/drive recklessly, screech to a stop and around corners and don't rotate your tires enough."} On 2nd thought; maybe they're 'trained' to be thieves? They'll never get another dime from me.
I've had one and only one service appointment with Friendly. I'm not convinced they are honest in the Service Department.
