About 4 years ago Cambridge took over management of the property where I've lived for 23 years. They are attentive to care and maintenance of the propery and other communications. Repair requests are answered immediately and thoroughly. Their maintenance crew are wonderful. Just in the last few months time a new stove and water heater were installed. Where we've had a difference we were able to make a satisfactory compromise. I especially appreciated their responsible response to the covid epidemic. Clearly preventing it's spread and ensuring the health of the tenants was a Cambridge priority. Would appreciate time-wise more notice for the routine inspections--thus 4 instead of 5 stars. The time the state requires is really not enough for the circumstances of my life. I go into panic mode! A bit more generous amount of time..an additional 24-48 hours?..would be helpful.

Impossible to get a hold of managing. Constant water shut offs without much prior notice and rude staff. This is honestly the worst property management I have ever dealt with in San Diego.

Maybe their service is better if you can schedule an in-person tour, but for the virtual tour, the person you are in contact with for scheduling has zero information about the listing, which means they can't answer any questions. They are also separate from the agents actually doing the virtual tour, so the agent can decide to simply not show up to do the virtual tour. This happened to me today, and someone else waiting for the virtual tour said that it also happened "last time." I give them kudos for trying new technologies to keep everyone safe, but simply ignoring the virtual tours without proper cancelation is where the line is crossed from, "normal business hiccups" to "unprofessional."
