I moved to RMG after an awful experience with another company. Donna took over for my property and streamlined the process while making sure the tenant was happy. Keeping the tenant happy is something most prop mgmt. companies don’t worry about, however Donna understands that an occupied property is the best property for an investor.

Once we receive your rent from the tenant, we send your proceeds directly into your bank account by the 10th of the month.
If a property is vacant, yes. If a property is occupied, we need a 3rd party to repair the property to protect us both.
Our monthly management fee of $99/mo is all-inclusive and covers repair management for most situations. For repairs over $5,000, we charge a 5% admin fee.
Yes. We have an extensive list of contractors, tradesman, and Handymen that are reliable, trustworthy, and affordable. Due to our history of timely payment and volume of work, we have negotiated discounted rates to help our owners save money.
We have an online tenant portal that track all tenant requested repairs. Our management agreement requires a minimum seller reserve of $250.If the repair can be completed for $250 or less, we will authorize the repair and note it on your monthly owner statement. All repairs over $250 will be discussed with the client.
