The maintenance manager, Robert, has gone above and beyond to provide excellent and timely service since the day I moved in. He shows up with a smile and is always pleasant, as well as making sure that his team completes every job the proper way. He even goes above and beyond to complete trivial tasks that are not in his job description. He is a huge asset to the Iconic team, give him a raise!!!!

So far I have been living at iconic for 3 YEARS! I think , my unit is lovely and Mignon, the manager is the bomb !!, has been making numerous changes to the building to promote the complex new paint job! and cleanliness. The leasing office staff as well as the janitorial, maintenance etc. have been all doing their jobs to improve the building. keep up the great job ! <3

I currently live here and there have been a lot of upgrades and improvements that’s have made my stay here that much better. If you’re attending SDSU or anywhere nearby definitely check the place out especially because the bedrooms and bathroom are large and all the utilities are included also you get your own washer and dryer so you won’t have to worry about paying for an excessive amount of things as college students.

depends on the part of the building the apartment is located. Do have to mention the noise from the renters' cars is super annoining. specially late at night when they decide hang out on the garage's entrance. Aparment windows are not that well insulated. We're defininitely looking to move my daughter out next semester
