STICKS, STICKS, AND MORE STICKS!!! I’ve never seen seen a company who didn’t care about their customer’s concerns at all, until now!!! Funny though, since they say it’s their commitment they care about their customers satisfaction on their bags! This company is nothing but hypocrites, misleading, and false advertisement! FYI your “Customers” are the main component to your company’s success, and are the reason your company even exists….although, it seems by the ratings, you won’t be in business much longer! The quality of your product that you claim to be your customer’s #1 choice, is becoming their last choice!

We have been buying this for quite a few months(Gold). The last bag I purchased was TERRIBLE. It has a strong chemical smell-almost like fuel. We smoked maybe 1 or 2 packs. We had to stop because it was burning my tongue and my spouse got blisters in her mouth that were very painful. It’s been almost a week and she is still having pain. She has been rinsing with mouthwash that has peroxide. I pray no one else gets the same batch. I still have the bag if the company wants any information from it.

My wife and I have been buying Good Stuff for over ten years and in the past two months the quality has gone down quite a bit, a lot actually. The amount of loose leaves and sticks has quadrupled at the least. The taste now has gotten bitter at times and I'm even finding long human hair occasionally. I guess I'm going to have to find a new brand.
