Our basement flooded after a bad storm. We couldn’t get anyone local to help us. We called PureOClean and spoke to Ray. He came the same day and was thorough, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. From now on, we will always call PureOClean first. I highly recommend Ray and his team.

This is the second time I have worked with Ray and he really does a great job. He is very clean and thorough and it always feels likes he's being honest with us. I highly recommend using PuroClean of Northern Lancaster County if you need water damage repair with mold remediation.

We had an issue with a new attic AC unit that was not installed correctly and ultimately leaked through our ceiling. The AC company offered to send their contractor out to fix it, but they were scheduled weeks out. I reached out on thumbtack to see if anyone could help, and Ray quickly got back to me. He was rightfully concerned about mold, and made it a point to get to our house quickly to remove the wet/moldy material since it had been sitting damp for a week by that point. Ray and his team do quality work, were considerate and extremely good communicators. The price for the work seemed more than appropriate seeing as Ray made multiple trips to our house to make sure nothing was rushed and everything was completed correctly. The ceiling looks better now than it did before the damage with a completely fresh coat of paint, and they left the room they were working in cleaner than it started. Ray and PuroClean will be my first call for any future needs. Appreciate them helping take a stressful situation with our poor AC install and getting our house back to good as new.

Wow what an amazing job Ray did removing the mold that was in our basement, that we didn't know was making us sick. From his initial quote appointment to completion of the job Ray's professionalism and care for our home was greatly appreciated. He went over and beyond all of our expectations. Our basement is now a safe place. Our health has improved greatly! Thanks Ray for a job well done!

Questions & Answers

How do certified technicians typically handle water damage?

The first thing professionals do is remove damaged materials that will either be restored or discarded. Materials include baseboards, insulation, furniture, carpeting, upholstery, carpet padding, fragile woods, drywall, and more. After the damaged items are removed, the technicians begin drying out the water and disinfecting the areas. Specialized tools like air movers and dehumidifiers are typically involved in the drying process. Professionals will also handle mold damage in the restoration process. Mold-infected surfaces will be disinfected and restored as quickly as possible to prevent it from spreading.
