Be careful when placing online purchases with TCO. So disappointed in this company. Background: I placed an online order with TCO for purchases beginning of May 2021 and informed items were in stock and order would be shipped within 24 hours after my order was confirmed. TCO confirmed my order immediately and charged my credit card. Several weeks went by and having heard nothing from TCO. I reached out to them for status this week to be informed my items were out of stock. I complained about receiving no call from them and asked why my credit card was charged if items were out of stock. Got no clear answer but today received a credit back to my card for my order. I don't recommend online purchases with TCO and will not buy anything from them going forward because they are not creditable. A rating of 1 is a gift. Why would anyone want to order anything from this company if this is how they treat their online customers. There are other more deserving companies worthy of my business. - Disappointed ExCustomer
