Friendly and had the parts we needed and the pricing is great. Brake rotor bolts were 1/2 the price of mail order even with A-prime.

Went there today for the first time to purchase a bike and the older guy was absolutely unprofessional. I just asked if they had any bikes and the man started yelling that they don’t have any and it’s because the pandemic. Could’ve been a lot nicer. Don’t recommend this place. Will look else where

I stopped in to get a new rear tire on my bike around noon one day. He had two bikes already on his lift. I explained that I ride my bike to work and I start at 2pm. He took one of the bikes off and told me to bring my bike inside. Quick service and a knowledge for bikes. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Berks County area!

Don't let this retro, cramped and cluttered little shop fool you. Mr Lebo is very knowledgeable and has everything you and your family need to get into recreational cycling. Superb service! Sat on the ground to fix our one year old Allen rack...that WE accidentally damaged by using the wrong tool to install... Was able to fix it so we could go on vacation with our bikes but then Mr Lebo himself went the extra mile and ordered replacement parts for us while we were gone and then even reinstalled the rack with new parts upon our return ....and there was no charge! Most retailers would put it on the customer to contact the manufacturer and deal with a problem after a year...I couldn't believe it. In addition to our rack, we have purchased seven bikes from Mr. Lebo and have loved every one! He also takes care of them with his very reasonably priced tune ups. If you are ready to upgrade to a larger bike (kids) or because you are ready for a more advanced bike he gives top dollar for trade- in that you can apply to your new purchase. Love this shop, Mr Lebo and his adorable and friendly little furry assistant...Lucy the bichon who greets you with a wagging tail and a nuzzle upon entrance to the shop. Mr Lebo could teach a few things about customer service to some other local businesses. Best customer service in town! Well done!
