What I asked for and what I got were 2 totally different things (yes I showed her the picture posted here) I ended up with a blotched mess!! Not to mention they charge MORE than the upscale salon I usually go to. I refused to pay but rescheduled for Friday. *update The “manager” called to let me know if I didn’t come in today June 2nd she will be filing a police report for theft. Although I rescheduled for Friday to better meet my schedule before leaving the salon yesterday and not me mention not only is my hair color horrible, but my hair texture is now the same as a dollar store Barbie doll! I will be waiting for the police and will NEVER patronize this business again.

Today was my first time going to Supercuts. Megan was phenomenal! She did such a great job and did exactly what I wanted and more. I love the hair cut and the color and highlights are perfect! Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back!

Ladies were really nice but when I went in I specifically said my hair was difficult to color but I wanted platinum highlights (my hair is very dark). I was told no problem. I went in at 9am on my birthday. When she was done I had brownish highlights. I had a sinking feeling in my stomach I said it was not looking like the picture I showed her and she proceeded to 'do it over'. After re-processing my hair again, I had very few lighter highlights and more yellow-brown highlights. they were so excited and I said it looked fine and paid and left. it looks NOTHING like the picture I showed her and asked for. I paid $135 for over processed hair color I am very unhappy with. And there's no highlights to the front (along my hairline). Just a total waste. UPDATE Veronica saved the day and fixed the problem as best she could. She explained everything, step by step, and also explained why I could not have gotten the color exactly as I wanted which should have been explained from the beginning. She definitely knows her job well and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
