I scheduled a meeting in advance for 11:30am. I spoke with the property manager and promptly received an email confirming this appointment. I went to the Leasing Office and no one was there. The sign said "will return at 12:10pm." I contacted the central office and the emergency maintenence line and had to leave a voicemail. This is absolutely unprofessional. UPDATE: Patrick was very kind and called me back apologizing for the confusion. I ended up seeing the apartment that evening. He answered all of my questions. The area is nice and quiet. The apartment is a bit out of my price range (esp for what you get) but it's all about supply and demand.

Premier Appraisal Services

Save your money and don't move here. They will do everything to keep your security deposit and charge you for carpet and damage done by their water heater that leaked and left stains when the maintenance pulled the old heater out. They are quick to charge you for 6+ year old carpet and year old fixtures but not quick to take care of the rodent problem.
