Currently not happy with this location at all. The GM made committed an error potentiality costing an extra $360 to get a new phone. As of right now, I'm being told nothing can be done to resolve this. I should be getting a phone call from the GM to discuss a splitting to this. I will update this review after that call.

Extremely great service today. Jawan H was very knowledgeable, helpful and solved some issues Costco was clueless on. I think this will be my go to store for my Verizon needs. I returned today to get my wife's new iPhone backed up and data transfer from the old one. Daryl Bush was a tremendous help. Sorry if I misspelled your name Darrell/Daryl! Thank you.

I just stopped by the Bellflower location to pay my bill. I arrived at 4:58. Store hours stay open until 5:00. I tried the door multiple times and knocked on the windows and door. Everyone inside ignored me. I finally gave up snd left at 5pm. Is this how Verizon treats it’s customers? Is this the quality of people Verizon employees?

Today I went to this Verizon store to get some assistance regarding a returned mobile phone to Verizon. My point of contact within the store was Monica. She was absolutely wonderful. Very patient! Very helpful and found the problem with the returned cell phone to Verizon! I may, what seemed like several hours, but with the interest and final resolve the time was well worth it, ALL THANKS TO MONICA! I THANK HER SO MUCH
